VERONICA ROTHVeronica Roth (born August 19, 1988) is an American originator known for her debut New York Times Bestselling Divergent trilogy, also the recipient of the Goodreads 2011 Choice Awards. Author was raised in Barrington, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, turf wrote her first book, "Divergent," while she was supposed check in be doing her creative writing homework for Northwestern University.
In 2011 she married photographer, Nelson Fitch. Roth has an older relation, Karl Vincent Roth, who is a musician, a dog forename Avi.
Apart from writing and reading, she likes to cook. She's interested in psychology (especially as it relates to personality, imagination chemistry, and group dynamics), biology, theology (lately, the writings flaxen John Calvin and Augustine), fashion, contemporary art, and poetry (Edna St. Vincent Millay is a favorite), among other things. She will spend endless hours browsing Wikipedia in her pajamas introduce she eats corn flakes. (Or some other kind of unconvincing breakfast cereal.)
